Support is available for Microsoft Office License and Microsoft 365 Subscription order questions, payment confirmation, digital delivery updates, refund reviews, and product-selection questions. Email our team with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Billing and Payment Help
If your PayPal or card payment appears pending, duplicated, declined, or charged incorrectly, contact us before opening a dispute so we can check the order and payment logs.
Digital Delivery Help
Activation links or activation codes are sent by email within an estimated 0–1 calendar days after payment confirmation, including weekends. If you do not receive your delivery email within that window, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us with your order number.
Refund Requests
Email us with your order number, checkout email address, request details, and an error screenshot when applicable. Requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after approval; PayPal, the card issuer, or the customer's bank typically takes an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds.
After-Sales Product Protection
After-sales product protection is separate from returns and exchanges. If an activated or redeemed product develops a product-quality issue during its valid license or subscription term, email us with your order number, checkout email address, and screenshots showing the issue. We will verify the issue and provide troubleshooting or a working replacement where reasonably possible. If a confirmed issue cannot be resolved or replaced, we will issue a resolution refund to the original payment method.
