- We work to keep product information accurate, but occasional errors may occur. We may cancel or correct orders affected by obvious pricing, inventory, fulfillment, or content mistakes.
- Software editions and subscriptions may be subject to regional restrictions, device requirements, activation limits, account requirements, or third-party publisher terms.
- Product names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners. Office Software Offer is an independent storefront and does not claim to be Microsoft, affiliated with Microsoft, authorized by Microsoft, or an official Microsoft website.
Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted only after payment authorization and internal review are complete.
- You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, payment-verification, and delivery-email information.
- Payment approval does not guarantee order acceptance if fraud screening, stock limits, verification, or fulfillment issues arise.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and may cancel the order or issue a refund.
Digital Delivery and Fulfillment
- Products receive free digital delivery through the checkout email. An activation link or activation code is sent within an estimated 0–1 calendar days after payment confirmation, including weekends. No physical package is shipped and no tracking number is issued.
- Digital or account-based products may be considered delivered when access information, activation details, license instructions, or redemption instructions are sent to your checkout email.
- Subscriptions are sold for the fixed term shown at checkout and do not renew automatically.
- Device allowance varies by selected option, with available plans supporting up to 5 devices.

- You are responsible for checking compatibility, system requirements, regional requirements, and account requirements before purchase.
Customer Responsibilities
- Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with site security, checkout, payment systems, or other customers.
- Keep your email account, order number, and delivery information secure.
- Do not resell, redistribute, copy, share, reverse engineer, or misuse products in violation of applicable product terms, publisher terms, or law.
Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. There is no return-request deadline for a product that remains unactivated and unredeemed, subject to verification. Activated or redeemed products are not eligible under the unactivated-product return policy. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
After-Sales Product Protection
After-sales product protection is separate from returns and exchanges. If an activated or redeemed product develops a confirmed product-quality issue during its valid license or subscription term, we will provide troubleshooting or a working replacement where reasonably possible. If the confirmed issue cannot be resolved or replaced, we will issue a resolution refund to the original payment method.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the storefront is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, checkout, products, delivery instructions, or third-party services.
