Delivery Coverage
This policy applies to all products offered by Office Software Offer.
Delivery Method
All products receive free digital delivery through the email address provided at checkout. An activation link or activation code, together with the applicable activation or redemption instructions, is sent after payment confirmation. No physical package is shipped and no tracking number is issued.
Delivery Cost
Digital delivery is free for all products. There is no physical shipping charge or digital delivery fee.
Estimated Delivery Time
Activation links or activation codes are delivered free to the checkout email within an estimated 0–1 calendar days after payment confirmation. Orders are fulfilled seven days a week, including weekends. Most eligible orders are delivered the same day or by the end of the next calendar day.
Orders requiring payment or customer-information verification may be paused until the requested verification is completed. If this happens, we will contact you using the checkout email address.
Order and Delivery Updates
Use a valid email address at checkout and check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders after payment. Your order confirmation and digital delivery details are sent separately when applicable.
Missing or Delayed Delivery
If you have not received your digital delivery within 1 calendar day after payment confirmation, contact support at support@office365-offer.com. Include your order number and checkout email address so we can review the delivery status.
Invalid Activation Link or Code
If an activation link or activation code does not work, email support@office365-offer.com with your order number, checkout email address, and a screenshot of the error. Support will review the request within 1–2 business days under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Checkout Information Changes
The billing address is collected for payment verification and order records; delivery is sent to the checkout email. Contact support immediately if that email address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an email change after digital delivery has been issued.
